Your First Appointment
Your first appointment will be a comprehensive visit, where your healthcare practitioner will gather all necessary information including past medical history, and medical concerns, and an individualized treatment plan will be created. Depending on the healthcare service, once a thorough health history is collected, treatment may be administered.
Street parking is available on the side streets for up to one hour without charge. There is also Green P parking on Mount Pleasant Road, on both the West and East sides.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice prior to the appointment date. Patients who cancel within 24 hours are subject to half of the original fee. Patients who cancel within 1 hour or are no-shows are subject to the full appointment fee.

Private Insurance
Coverage and direct billing varies per insurance plan and provider.
We do offer direct billing to most insurance companies. However, it's best to check with your insurance provider as some policies only allow for payment to be sent to the insured member.
In that case, you will have to pay your appointment fee in full, and we will provide you with a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
