Viola is a highly qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She earned her Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from Hong Kong Baptist University.

While Viola possesses expertise in various aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine, her primary focus is on women's health care. She has a special interest in helping women achieve optimal well-being through holistic and natural approaches. Viola is devoted to creating personalized treatment plans that may include herbal medicine prescriptions, fertility acupuncture, facial needling, electro-meridian acupuncture, cupping, and lifestyle recommendations.
