Seed Cycling Protocol

Seed cycling protocol has become a popular way to help with rebalancing estrogen and progesterone. Though the seed cycling protocol has not been studied specifically, it is a great way to receive nutrients in healthy fats, fibre & micronutrients, and help hormones on a dietary, fundamental way. In the oath of Naturopathic Medicine, it states to do no harm and allow the body to balance and heal itself. The Seed cycling protocol is a great place to start! 


Protocol

Days 1-14: New Moon Cycle - Follicular/Proliferative Phase

Ball Ingredients Include: Flax seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Nut or Seed Butter, Maple Syrup, Spices, and Seasoning 


Day 15-28: Full Moon Cycle - Luteal Phase 

Ball Ingredients Include: Sesame seeds, Sunflower seeds, Dried Fruit, Nut or Seed Butter, Maple Syrup, Spices, and Seasoning
