Holistic nutrition is a well rounded approach to helping you become the best version of yourself both mentally and physically! Holistic nutrition focuses not on quantity of food, but the quality. It looks at the whole person and encompasses stress, environment, lifestyle and prevention.
Natural, alive and good quality food is the goal in order to build and balance nutrients, cleanse the body and maintain overall health. Our holistic nutritionist approaches wellness by looking at each client as an individual and aims to educate clients so that they can carry the tools to stay healthy with them throughout their lives.
When pursuing the route of nutritional coaching, you will meet for an hour consult to discuss your goals and lifestyle and will leave with small adjustments that can be added or removed from your routine. This will be followed by 30 minute follow up visits in order to ensure you are staying on track and to make sure you progress and do not plateau.
Your initial appointment will be 60 minutes in length and include an in depth intake/health history and goal setting surrounding your nutrition goals. Three 30 minute follow-ups are included in addition to a custom meal plan and grocery shopping list.
