Yes! We offer direct billing to most insurance companies. However, it's best to check with your insurance provider as some policies only allow for payment to be sent to the insured member. In that case, you will have to pay your appointment fee in full, and we will provide you with a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice prior to the appointment date. Patients with less than 24 hour notice, or no shows, will be charged half of their original fee.
Yes! Street parking is available on the side streets for up to one hour without charge. There is also Green P parking on Mount Pleasant Road, on both the West and East sides.
If you choose to work with our Nurse Practitioner, OHIP will cover the cost of your blood work and you will just need to pay the fee for the Nurse Practitioner appointment. If you decide to have blood work done by a Naturopathic Doctor, you will need to cover the cost of the blood work.
We currently do not have a Family Doctor on our healthcare team, however we have a Nurse Practitioner and Naturopathic Doctors who are family medicine healthcare practitioners. A Nurse Practitioner takes a more conventional approach to treatment, whereas a Naturopathic Doctor treats utilizing natural remedies. As we are a private healthcare clinic, there are fees for each of the appointments. However if you choose to work with our Nurse Practitioner, OHIP can be billed for blood work and other testing.
Nurse Practitioners in Ontario can: prescribe medication, order and analyze testing, STI testing & IUD insertion & removal, immunizations, identify and treat chronic & acute illness and more! Our Nurse Practitioner is a private healthcare service, which means there are fees for the appointments, however OHIP can be billed for blood work and other testing!
Your first appointment will be a comprehensive visit, where your healthcare practitioner will gather all necessary information including past medical history, medical concerns and an individualized treatment plan will be created. Depending on the healthcare service, once a thorough health history is collected, treatment may be administered.
